"we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares,
stores, and safeguards your personal information through Blooming Talk
("the App" or "our Service"), and how you can manage your
personal information. Before accessing or using the App and our Service, please
read this policy carefully to ensure that you fully understand and consent to
the terms hereof in entirety.
Personal
Information Collection
In order to
provide our Service to you, we will process your personal information based on
the following categories:

Account
Information: When you register or log in to the
App:
We collect your
mobile phone number to complete registration and login if you choose to
register or log in using your mobile number and verification code.
2.
Conversation
Information: When you use the App:
We collect the
text data which you voluntarily input during interactions within the App. Where
applicable, such information will be used to provide relevant services to you. After
undergoing strict security encryption and de-identification, ensuring that any
particular individual User shall be irreversibly de-identified and not
re-identifiable, we may further use such information for the purpose of
improving and enhancing our products and services.

Feedback
Information: To ensure service quality and
stability:
We collect your
feedback (if any) regarding content generated by the App during your use of our
Service.
4.
Complaints
& Suggestions: In order to handle your
complaints and suggestions more effectively:
We collect the
information you provide when submitting any such feedback.

Microphone
Permission: When you send voice messages, use
your voice for AI-generated responses, or engage in voice calls through our Service,
we will request your permission to access your device's microphone, which is
essential for ensuring our Service quality and accuracy. If you decline to
grant this permission, you will be unable to use voice-related features.

Camera
Permission: When you actively choose to take
photos within the App:
We will request
access to your device's camera. If you refuse to grant this permission, you
will be unable to use photo-taking features, but other functionalities of the App
will remain available.
8.
Device
Information & User Identifiers
Our Service may
involve the use of third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits). These SDKs may
request permission to access your device, in order to ensure
the compatibility and functionality across different devices or
third-party platforms. Such SDKs may collect device information, including but not limited to:
a. Device IMEI
b. Unique device identifier
c. MAC
address of devices
d. Android ID, and
e. SID

regarding the specific third-party SDKs so integrated, please refer to their
respective privacy policies.
9.
Clipboard
Access
Upon initial
installation of the App, we may request local access to your device's clipboard
to read a "share identifier", which enables functionality like deep
linking or content sharing. Only the minimal information necessary for this
specific function will be accessed. Clipboard contents will not be uploaded to
our servers.
9. Sensor Information
When you use the
in-app call function, we will obtain appropriate sensor information through the
device's sensor interface to detect when the device is put close to your ear,
thereby automatically turning the screen on and/or off.
Handling
of User Information
1.
Exercising
Your Data Rights
(1) You have the
right to modify, access, copy, or transfer your personal information to
designated data controllers. Subject to applicable laws and identity verification,
you may submit such requests to us via [help@bloomingtalk.com], and
we will respond within thirty (30) working days.
2.
Data
Deletion
(1) You may request deletion of your
information in accordance with applicable laws and identity verification.
(2) You may delete
your chat history via: press and hold [Chat History], click [Delete].
(3) You may
request deletion by contacting us via [help@bloomingtalk.com] under the
following circumstances:
If we have
collected, used, shared, or transferred your personal information in violation
of laws or our agreement(s) with you;
If we publicly
disclosed your personal information in violation of laws, regulations
or our contractual
commitments.
In any of such
cases, you may demand immediate cessation of disclosure and public notification
requiring recipients to delete corresponding information.
(4) We will respond within fifteen (15) working
days. Upon confirmation, your personal information will be irreversibly deleted
or anonymized during our routine system updates.
3.
Account
Deletion
(1) Subject to applicable laws and identity
verification, you may permanently delete your registered account at any time.
To initiate this
process:

c. Click [Delete
Account] at the bottom
d. Confirm your deletion
request
Upon confirmation,
we will permanently
and irreversibly delete all of your account-related information.
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS ACTION IS FINAL AND CAN’T BE UNDONE.

any breach hereof, we hereby undertake to proactively notify affected users, including
relevant incident details and the remedial measures undertaken, while assuming
all legal liabilities arising from such breaches and/or violations pursuant to

Information-Sharing

We
may share your personal information with our partners and other third parties
solely for the purpose of enabling corresponding our Service functionalities,
including but not limited to: transmitting conversation data to our cloud
service providers for computational processing, and transferring your voice and
voiceprint data to our speech technology vendors for appropriate processing.
Furthermore, in order to improve our Service quality, we may collaborate with
third-party data analytics providers to predict feature preferences under
strictly de-identified security measures.
Any sharing occurs
exclusively for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicitly stated
purposes, limited strictly to personal information essential for service
delivery. Our partners are expressly prohibited from utilizing shared personal
information for any purpose as unauthorized by us.
Protection
of Minors' Information

We
attach, at all times, great importance to the protection of minors' personal
information. In compliance with national laws and regulations, we have
established and maintain a series of measures to ensure that minors' personal
information is fully protected when they use our Service.
Agreement
for Minors & Guardian-Supervised Use

a minor uses our Service, they shall carefully read and agree to our Platform
User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and relevant provisions regarding the
protection of minors' information under the supervision and with the consent of
their guardians.

encourage guardians to actively participate in minors' use of our Service and
provide appropriate guidance to ensure that minors engage with our Service in a
healthy and safe manner.
Compliance

Users
shall comply with the provisions concerning minors set forth in this Privacy
Policy when using our Service. If there is any evidence indicating a breach of
such provisions, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including
but not limited to temporary suspension of service, restriction of certain service
features, or termination of service.

will actively cooperate with relevant competent authorities in investigating
